Prior experience in marketing or administrative work is a plus. Job Responsibilities 1) Marketing Staff : Assist in creating and marketing campaigns. Manage social media content and outreach. Coordinate Activation & Deliverables Collaborate with event logistics team to ensure branding elements (banners, booths, digital displays) are implemented correctly and sponsors are well represented on-site. Collaborate Internally Coordinate with marketing, creative, operations, and finance teams to align sponsorship deliverables with overall concert objectives and audience experience. Track & Report Sponsorship ROI Monitor sponsorship performance against KPIs (e.g., impressions, engagement, ROI), and prepare post-event reports to help renew and improve future partnerships. 2) Office Assistant: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks. Maintain records and files. Support internal departments with basic clerical work.
